Unbeatable Onlus is an association of former athletes and sportsmen affected by congenital arrhythmic cardiomyopathies.

Since 2016, the non-profit organization has been committed to offering support to patients and their families, spreading knowledge on heart diseases of genetic origin and supporting scientific research for the prevention of Sudden Cardiac Death (MCI).

Congenital cardiomyopathies are a silent 'killer': present from birth, they can remain asymptomatic for years and, when undiagnosed, manifest suddenly with sudden cardiac death. Young athletes often pay the price because intense physical activity is an important 'trigger' for malignant arrhythmias and cardiac arrest.

Promptly identifying the people most at risk of sudden death through screening activities is essential to implement prevention strategies and appropriate therapies.

Only in this way can we be able to save more lives, on and off the playing field.
